About Tango Germany

Tango Germany is the independent event calendar for Argentine tango in Germany’s tango capitals — milongas, prácticas, classes, workshops and festivals, gathered in one place.

Every event is checked at the organiser’s source before it enters the calendar: we do not copy unverified entries from aggregator sites. The calendar is free of advertising and tracking, bilingual (German/English) and curated editorially.

Tango Germany is run by the same initiative as tango-in-leipzig.de, the regional portal for Leipzig & Central Germany: Entrega Tango, based in Leipzig. Both portals draw on one jointly curated pool of events — the .com shows the country’s tango capitals, while the .de covers every milonga in the Central German region. Events in Leipzig and Dresden therefore appear in this calendar too; their detail pages live on the sister portal.

Organisers can submit events informally by e-mail: info@tango-germany.com. We add new cities step by step — the calendar grows wherever the scene dances.
